Join me in my studio for an afternoon exploring acrylic paint!
 
This workshop takes place in my painting studio in Carshalton, SM5
on Friday 27 November from 1-5pm.
 
Enjoy an afternoon of exploring acrylic paint, techniques that will encourage new ideas and inspire your creativity.
 
I will guide you through various techniques, step by step, many that I use in my own painting.
We will use a variety of brushes and palette knives for different effects.
 
Practice blending smoothly from one colour into another.
 
Apply paint with other household items/ utensils, such as a plastic card, sponge, squeegee, etc
 
Apply layers of paint and scrape through with a squeegee or other tools or when dry
 
Add acrylic structure gel and acrylic gloss medium into your paint to achieve more fluidity/ texture
 
Practice layering colours with acrylic glaze medium to achieve transparency and depth in your painting
 
Skill level: Beginner- no painting or drawing experience necessary.
